일단의 실패작들... 

 목감기 초기라 쿨럭대고 있습니다.

 심해지지 않게 잘 다스려야 하는데...

 First, You should know what type of doll you want to make.

 I want small chubby baby doll. 
Draw concept sketch for make substantial out of my head. 

作りたいドールのイメージを決めます。
小さくて子供らしい人形を目標に。

기본 스케치부터 시작합니다.
만들다 해메는 순간이 찾아올 때 구체적으로 정해진
 이미지가 있으면 도움이 됩니다.

I choose super sculpey because I already have it. 
 I fine La Doll clay is not suitable for small dolls when I making Unua. 
I wanted very small doll also can fit in dollhouse.

La doll is very hard to polish when you want resin casting. 

So, this time was super sculpey. 

There is pluses and minuses in super sculpey.  

Plus - It make beautiful curvy easily. 

 Minus - Not hard enough. my original sculpture is totally broken in casting.. 

 If you don't have any sculpey already and have plan to duplicate choose grey sculpey.
Super sculpey is translucent. 
 It means it's hard to figure out your sculpture.

 Also I heard grey sculpey is more hard. 

スーパースカルピーがあったので使用。

でも、人形があまりも小さかったのでちょっと問題がありました。
せめてグレイスカルピーたったらよかったのに。

수퍼 스컬피가 있었기에 수퍼 스컬피를 사용..
인체를 표현하기에 조형성이 좋습니다. 
 그러나. 미니어쳐 돌이라 여러번 경화시키고
 조금씩 덧대는 제 방식에서는 심각한 경도의 문제가 .
 이렇게 작은 아이들은 퍼티로 만드는 것이 정신건강에 좋습니다. 

Make frame body and firing.

Add flesh, firing and shave a little. 
Repeat this.
Keep consider total proportion of body.

焼成して固めた上でまた削って。
何度も手を加えて。

Temporary assembly and Compare to drawing.
It looks like doll in right proportion.

仮組みしてみました。

絵と比べいいバランスになったとおもいます。

あとはサーフェイサーです。

서페이스 작업 전에 전체 프로포션이
 잘 맞는지 확인합니다.
러프화가 있으면 잘 되었는지의
 기준을 잡기가 쉬워집니다. 

Now, it's time to adjust the surface of doll.

 Spray surfacer (mr surfacer 1000) and light sanding.

mr サーフェイサー 1000をスプレー

あとはサンドペーパー。
 

 무한 서페이서&사포질 반복.

Faces.
Super sculpey is not hard enough. Her nose broken.

It's time to use more hard material.
Or you can start epoxy putty at the beginning. 
Little bit hard to modeling but it give small part enough hardness.

Tamiya Smooth Surface putty and Basic putty.
Basic putty is like a gel and contract a lot. 
 Use both of them.

表面処理の途中鼻が壊れました。
スカルピーって失敗だなと思いました。
なので、これからはパテです。

사포질하다 코가 부서져 버렸습니다.

 슬슬 이 시점에서 수퍼 스컬피로서는 완성때까지

 원형이 살아남지 못하겠다는 위기감을 느끼고
 퍼티계열로 바꿨습니다.

Repaired head.

Keep Polishing parts.

何とか修理

Check position of the eyes.

目を描いて確認。

Check Profile. Check every angle.

横顔も気にしながら作りました。

 앞, 뒤, 옆을 요모조모 살피고..

Spray surfacer again.
Mr. surfacer 1200 for last surfacing.

最後にmr サーフェイサー 1200。

 Mr. 서페이서 1200 스프레이로 슬슬 마무리. 

She is ready for resin casting company!!! 

これで複製会社に行けます。

복제소를 가기전 마지막 가조립입니다. 

Here is  completed Tria with her draft.

完成されたTriaです。

게이트 제거하고 얼굴 그리고 조립하고 옷만들어 입히면
 짜잔. 완성된 트리아입니다.
